Pondy Infinity Ads provides advertising, branding, and marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Influencer marketing

  • Newspaper & radio advertising

  • LED van branding

  • Theatre & TV ads

  • Retail activations

  • Digital marketing & social media campaigns

All services are subject to availability and the scope outlined in the signed quotation or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial advance payment is required before service initiation, based on project scope.

  • Any delay in payment beyond agreed timelines may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

  • All fees paid are non-refundable once the campaign or service has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, creative inputs, and approvals on time.

  • Ensuring usage rights for any content they submit to us (logos, images, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Pondy Infinity Ads, including campaign strategies, creatives, videos, and designs, remain the intellectual property of the agency unless transferred in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public business or technical information exchanged during the service.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation before campaign launch may incur cancellation charges.

  • No refunds will be provided once services have been executed or delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pondy Infinity Ads shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Puducherry, India.
