You confirm that all the details provided in this form are true, accurate, and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in removal from our database.

2. Consent for Communication:
By filling this form, you consent to receive calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails from our team for potential brand collaborations, briefs, or updates.

3. Data Usage & Privacy:

Upon selection for any paid campaign, you agree to maintain confidentiality about campaign details until the brand approves public disclosure or posting.

5. Media Rights & Usage:
For any campaigns executed through us, the brand reserves the right to reuse your content for marketing purposes on their platforms with appropriate credits (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Collaboration Nature:
Brand campaigns may include barter, paid, affiliate, or hybrid models. You will be informed clearly before confirmation. Pricing will be discussed and approved prior to final onboarding.

7. Content Guidelines:
You agree to follow the content brief provided by the brand (tone, timeline, tags, disclaimers, etc.). Failure to comply may affect your eligibility for future campaigns.

8. Timely Deliverables:
Once confirmed for a campaign, you are expected to deliver the content within the agreed timeline. Delay or non-submission may lead to payment delays or blacklisting.

9. Termination of Partnership:
We reserve the right to remove your profile from our active list in case of unethical behavior, non-performance, or violation of terms without prior notice.

10. Media Kit or Performance Proofs:
You may be requested to provide performance metrics (screenshots, insights) after each campaign for brand reporting.

11. Taxation and Invoicing:
All influencers are responsible for their own tax liabilities. For paid campaigns, an invoice may be required depending on the brand policy.

12. Legal Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising out of this collaboration shall be governed by the laws applicable in India, and subject to the jurisdiction of Puducherry.
